Oak Creek Canyon is beautiful. I think I may head up there when the leaves start changing color.

Aerial Sedona

I spent yesterday in Sedona for an assignment, and I finally got up the nerve to do the helicopter ride. Although I've always wanted to fly in a helicopter, I managed to talk myself out of it. Yesterday, I finally went through with it...and I'm glad I did!

Weekend Snow

This photo was taken just north of Sedona on I-17, which had been closed at least part of the day before (Saturday).

I left Friday for a speaking engagement in Sedona. For a while, it didn't even look like I'd be able to get there with all the road closures, but we made it. The weather, however, scrapped our plans for Saturday, so we spent some time checking out the Red Rocks covered with white stuff.
