Gorgeous shot! I have tried and failed to capture lightning many times.
ReplyDeleteI set my tripod up, pointed it toward the activity and kept shooting, one shot after another. I probably took about 200 photos and this was really the only decent one (still not what I had hoped for). It's definitely frustrating! I can't tell you how many "great" shots I thought I had caught, only to find a black night sky. There are supposed to be more storms coming over the next week, so I'm going to try again!
ReplyDeleteI was about to say that I've never been able to catch a strike of lightning in photo but your reply to lizziviggi shows how hard it is... all right, I'll keep trying!
